I had a horrible bout of eczema several years ago, though I didn't know what it was at the time. I just suffered from it.

My life was quite normal..... I was in high school and enjoying my life fully.
As our summer holidays were coming near, we (me and my best friends) planned a vacation. We went to Hong Kong for a fortnight. As usual I got a few mosquito bites. However, some of these bites healed, and some on my lower legs didn't heal. I didn't think much of it and just thought they were healing 'slowly'. Things started to get worse and by July the bites appeared red round the edges. Gradually this redness seemed to get bigger, darker and itchier. After going to my GP, he heard my story and then told me it was nothing more than an allergy and prescribed me some antibiotics.

After another month, the infection got worse and started to spread. Both legs were now bandaged. The GP then prescribed me with a new Antibiotic, that night I had an allergic reaction and my whole body swelled up and was itchy and in pain all over. Next day, I went to hospital. They didn't do much. Just took a blood test as they were worried that I had a tropical disease of some sort, a week later I went to my GP to ask for some painkillers. He gave me some aspirins and that night I had another allergic reaction. This time even worse, I went to hospital again - this time I was admitted. I stayed in hospital for four days and was taken off my antibiotics and only treated with Steroid creams and antihistamine. Eventually the legs and my body seemed to heal up. Only on my last day was I sent to see the Dermatologists. They weren't sure what the things on my legs were - but they suspected Eczema.

I wasn't able to believe my ears for I did not have any such history of mine or of my parents of eczema.... as far as I was informed ..!! but then who could have stopped what was happening any way ...... at the time of releasing me from hospital they gave me a prescription which had a steroid cream and some other medicine (I dont remember the name).

As soon as I reached home I was in front of my PC searching more about it ...!!!

As I wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible, I came across some pathetic cases who had not found their cure yet and then I also found some victims who got their hands on the right remedy and were now healed...!!
